Returns and refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@janamou.com. We will send you the return instructions and a return label. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@janamou.com as soon as possible so we can help.

For hygiene reasons, sealed personal care products cannot be returned once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the period required by applicable law.
